Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully require 24hrs in advance for cancellations and changes. If you cancel your appointment 24hrs in advance you will be charged 50% of the cost of the service for which you were scheduled. Same day cancellations will be charged 100% of the service scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments with Natalie Olivia Hair.
